Key Team Members Bios

Adam Snyder joined the Talan team in 2022 as COO, with responsibility for Sales, Estimating, and multiple functions in Operations.

Mike Jeziorski joined the Talan team in March 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer to continue the high level of timely and accurate financial reporting, in addition to continuous improvement in accounting processes, financial planning, analysis and treasury management.

Brad Partee joined Talan Products in 2016 and is the Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing and managing all related purchasing, customer service, inventory control, and logistics personnel, functions, and planning.

Kristine Havranek joined Talan in September 2022, as the Customer Service Manager, is responsible for overseeing and managing touch points to the customer.

Woodie Anderson leads Sales & Marketing at Talan Products, bringing a rare blend of technical manufacturing expertise and modern customer-facing strategy. He has been in the metal stamping industry since his teenage years, building his foundation on the shop floor and developing a hands-on understanding of how parts are actually made—not just how they’re quoted.

Pete Giordano is a Quality Manager at Talan Products. He has almost over twenty years in the Quality Field.

Lindsey Krauth is a strategic Human Resources and business operations leader at Talan Products, known for driving organizational growth in complex, industrial and manufacturing environments. She brings extensive experience leading people strategy, organizational development, and large-scale operational initiatives in traditionally male-dominated industries.

Scott joined the Talan team in 2024 as our Engineering Manager, bringing with him more than 25 years of hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, continuous improvement, and data management. Before coming to Talan, Scott spent 14 years at the Oatey Company, where he took on a variety of leadership roles at their main manufacturing site and corporate headquarters in Cleveland.

Nate Moore is the Maintenance and Facilities Manager at Talan Products Inc. He has spent over 30 Years in industrial maintenance, with the last 20 years in the metal stamping industry.

David Ballou is the Plant Manager at Talan Products, Inc. He has spent over 25 years as part of the manufacturing community in Northeast Ohio. David has spent his career working with different operations surrounding metal machining, forming, cutting and welding. In his current role, he focuses on ensuring that we produce metal stampings and aluminum extrusions in a safe environment and upholding standards in quality and efficiency.
