Talan Products is searching for a 2nd shift Quality Inspector to join our team! As the Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for upholding our companies’ standards by ensuring our products meet quality expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and align specified dies in press
• Adjust feeders, straighteners, and de-coilers
• Enter process parameters into equipment controllers
• Perform all routine maintenance on press
• Using calipers and other measurement devices to inspect critical dimensions of parts per documented quality requirements
• Keep equipment, dies, tools, and work area clean and organized
• Record and complete daily labor cards, and production sheets

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole number, common fractions and decimals
