A: Yes, approximately 30% of our work is automotive.

A: We specialize in fabricating aluminum extrusions, many of which are over 10 ft long. In addition, we are capable of producing various sizes and shapes of stamped products. Our largest press bed size is 108" x 54". The thickest coil size we handle is .300".
Q: What is the thinnest material you work with?
A: Typically, .010". Although there are exceptions, so we ask to be considered. We need to have more information to answer this question responsively.
Q: Do you make/design your own tooling?
A: Yes, we have a complete toolroom. We design & build our own tooling & use outside sources, including offshore sourcing.
Q: Do you make prototypes & help with design engineering?
A: Yes, we offer value engineering services & design for manufacturability assistance.

A: Currently 40. Our sales per employee are about double the industry average. More importantly, our value added per employee is 150% of the industry average.
