Talan Products' high-speed progressive die metal stamping environment is geared for high-volume production runs meeting ISO 9001 quality standards. Our specialty is progressive die metal stamping. We use a combination of high-speed presses, progressive dies, 4 slide & multi-slide presses to provide the most cost effective solution for high volume manufacturing.
Progressive Stamping Equipment
Talan operates 24 presses ranging up to 400 ton SSDC. Press bed sizes are up to 105" x 50". Press stroke ranges from 2" to 8" for stamping. Our physical plant is 3 acres under one roof & arranged for the most efficient material handling possible. Sometimes, customers like to 'peek behind the curtain' at our high speed stamping equipment. We can stamp metal in any temper, in gauges from 0.010" to 0.300". These are guidelines only, and depending on many variables we can go out of this range.
